A selection of black and white photographs taken on a Chinese plastic toy camera that Jennifer Mitchell has been using on and off for fifteen years. The cameras unpredictable optical, focal and exposure flaws capture her favorite common subjects: children, families, animals, houses, streets etc with an abstracted otherworldliness and sometimes unexpected poignancy.
